UK Inflation Set To Fall


Following the pattern of lower utility bills as well as the many discounts from non-food retailers, the inflation is highly predicted to fall today to a 15-month low.

The consumer prices index (CPI) is forecast to fall to 3.3% in February, from 3.6% in January, as energy cuts by E.ON and Scottish Power came into effect, however many observers predict that the cost of living will rise and remain higher in the near future.

The dip in the CPI rate of inflation will continue the downward trend as seen in recently thus matching the forecast by the Bank of England.
